Two FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Gold Awards go to Szervita Square Building
Horizon Development won two 2022 FIABCI World Gold Prix d'Excellence Awards for Szervita Square Building in the mixed-use development and sustainable development categories on 9 June at the annual FIABCI gala held in Lido de Paris.
Szervita Square Building (Budapest) is the first and only LEED Platinum certified mixed-use development in Central and Eastern Europe that features commercial (office and retail) and luxury residential functions on 14,500 sqm. Conceptualized and realized in line with principles and values of ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance), the prime property was fully leased and successfully divested within one year after its completion as part of a benchmark deal to a core international investor. With a prestigious historic location at the Hungarian capital’s high-end cultural, touristic and fashion retail center and UNESCO World Heritage buffer zone, the exclusive property was the most anticipated landmark premium scheme to come to market in recent years.
