Eiffel Palace wins two FIABCI World Awards
Winners of the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards were announced on 30 May in the One World Hotel Imperial Ballroom of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Eiffel Palace office building won the Silver Medal in two categories in the global competition, and came out as the best heritage restoration and sustainable development project of Europe.
As a national winner of three FIABCI prizes, the project easily qualified to compete against international nominees from all over the world.
Attila Kovács MRICS – managing partner of the developer Horizon Development – received the prestigious award from the King of Malaysia.
The traditional event was organized by the International Real Estate Federation and administered by FIABCI Asia Pacific, with Wall Street Journal as the exclusive media partner of the competition.
