The legendary Headquarters of the Pesti Hírlap located in the district V. in Budapest, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky street is now suitably redeveloped with the management of Horizon Development. Following the eclectical façade of the 1890’s, a modern, accomplishing the highest requirements’ demands office building is being presented in the heart of Budapest. There has never been such an achievement in Central Europe, therefore the work of Horizon Development can stand as an example that looks ahead of the future. The success of this project is marked by the recently signed leased contract between Horizon Development and PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the biggest international advisory company. The rental contract icludes from the start of 2014 by an upper class client, who rents an exclusive office that occupies nearly three quarters of the whole building, while the remaining area awaits further tenants.
