Horizon Development is a company created by two professionals with real estate development, project management and design backgrounds.

Attila Kovács, founder of the DVM Group in Hungary, built a team of 30 people to provide top flight project management, design and construction services to commercial developers and occupiers.

Balázs Czár, partner in DVM Group has spent his career delivering project management and construction services for DVM’s clients.

In 2006, these two partners already owned a number of strategic plots in Budapest individually; they set up Horizon Development in order to create a long-term partnership for developing both these sites and other projects. As they already had a number of very successful developments behind them (Eiffel square office building, www.eiffelter.hu), they had no doubts about beginning a new one at one of the best locations in the business district of Budapest downtown at district V. on Bajcsy-Zsilinszky street. The building was originally built as a headquoter of Pesti Hirlap at 1893. An other project is under developped by Horizon, which is located in Budapest’s business and commercial corridor at Váci ut -Révész u. corner, district XIII. with a project called Promenade Gardens (www.promenadegardens.hu).
